  • Supplier diversity

    Our North American Supplier Diversity Program helps promote a level playing field in our procurement process by encouraging the inclusion of minority and other diverse suppliers.

  • Support for New Canadians

    From chequing and savings accounts to credit cards and international money transfers, TD offers convenient banking options to help newcomers feel confident about banking in Canada.

Our commitment in action

TD is committed to helping strengthen and support Black communities in Canada:

  • Donated $17.5 million to anti-racism initiatives including $12.1 million for Black-focused organizations in 2020.
  • Doubled the representation of Black executives at TD by the end of 2022.
  • Increasing executive-level representation of Black, Indigenous and visible minorities to 25% by 2025 at TD.
  • Committed $10 million CAD over five years in support of the Black Opportunity Fund organization.
  • Introduced the  TD Black Customer Experience Team in 2021.
  • Announced the Black Entrepreneur Credit Access Program in 2023 to aid Black business owners.
