From the Accounts home screen, select the Mutual Funds account you wish to redeem.

On the Investments page select the Mutual Funds you wish to redeem. 

Select Redeem Mutual Funds from the row of Mutual Fund buttons below the Your Mutual Fund Holdings list.

Keep in mind that redeeming a Mutual Fund in a Registered Plan may be subject to withholding tax.

In the Account drop down menu ensure the Mutual Fund Account displayed is the account you wish to redeem from.

In the Fund drop down menu ensure the Mutual Fund displayed is the fund you wish to redeem from. 

In the Amount field, enter the amount of money you wish to redeem or select Full Balance. 

In the E-mail field, the email on file will auto-populate. If there is no e-mail address on file, enter your e-mail address in this field.

In the Daytime Phone# field, enter your phone number and extension (if you have one). 

Select the Continue button. 

Review the information to make sure it’s correct.

Select the Finish or button to complete the transaction.   

You'll receive a confirmation number for your records.
