TD Privacy Highlights

The TD Privacy Agreement is in the process of being consolidated with the TD Privacy Code, TD Online Privacy Code and TD Mobile Apps Privacy Code and being renamed the TD Privacy Policy. During this transition, you may see references to both the TD Privacy Agreement and the TD Privacy Policy.

This notice provides highlights of our full Privacy Code  and applies to personal information collected, used and disclosed by TD Bank Group (TDBG).


Personal information

  1. At the time you begin a relationship with us and during the course of our relationship, we may collect information about you.

  2. We obtain most of our information about you directly from you, including your visits to our web site.

Purpose for use and sharing

  1. We share information within TDBG to manage our credit and business risks and operations, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, and service your account.
