The Digital Platforms Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TD.com website and mobile app and any other websites or mobile apps owned, controlled, or licensed by TD Bank and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

The Online Banking Service Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure explain your rights and responsibilities as an Online Banking customer.

The TD Bank Mobile Deposit Addendum to the Online Banking Service Agreement, also known as the Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions, explains your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber to the TD Bank Mobile Deposit Service available through the TD Bank Mobile App.

The External Transfer and Send Money Payments Services Terms and Conditions explains your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber to the External Transfers and Send Money Services.

The Online Payment Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of TD Bank, N.A.'s online payment service. Your Credit Card Accounts(s), as well as your use of the Online Banking Service, are also governed by any other agreements you have with us.

The AutoPay Addendum to Online Payment Agreement includes additional terms and conditions to the Online Payment Agreement.

The Online and Mobile Electronic Disclosure and Consent Agreement describes your consent to receive communications by Electronic Delivery and to use electronic records and signatures in your relationship with TD Bank.

By using any of the services mentioned, you agree to be bound by its terms. Please read the terms carefully and save or print a copy for your records.
