Overview

Bruce is Chief Executive Officer of TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) and Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. as well as Executive Vice President of TD Bank Group. He is responsible for all business matters including Investment Management, Operations, Risk Management and Distribution. He has been with TDAM for 30 years and has worked in both Toronto and the UK, managing Canadian, U.S. and Global Equities across a variety of mandates. Bruce sits on the Board of Directors of IFIC (The Investment Funds Institute of Canada) and is Chair of the Board of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance. He is a member of the board of the Nature Conservancy of Canada and a member of the Endowment Board of West Neighborhood House. Bruce holds a B. Comm from Queen’s University and an MA in Political Science from McGill University.

David is Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, Head of Investments and oversees teams that manage equities, fixed income, asset allocation, derivatives, alternatives, balanced solutions, and client portfolio management teams. David is also responsible for the firm's trading operations. He is Co-Manager of the TD Tactical Monthly Income, TD North American Dividend, TD U.S. Monthly Income, and TD U.S. Dividend Growth Funds. He was formerly the Head of Public Equities at the firm. David also gained experience as an Analyst in the Equity Group, covering a wide range of sectors, including Health Care, Consumer Staples and Financials. As Chief Investment Officer, he is also chairperson of the Wealth Asset Allocation Committee. David holds a B. Comm. and B.A., both from Saint Mary’s University, an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics.

As Head of Business Governance & Portfolio Oversight, Julie leads a team of risk professionals who provide oversight, strategic direction, and guidance on key risk-related areas within the firm including regulatory, policy governance, operational risk management, and investment risk. Her group develops and implements risk management policies, reporting and operating frameworks with alignment to the firm's risk management framework and risk appetite. Julie was formerly Vice President at TD Harbour Capital, where she handled trading, client service and operations for high-net-worth clients. She has prior experience with several leading firms in the Canadian brokerage industry. Julie holds a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, the Executive Lead for key talent development programs including the Rotational Analyst/Associate program, the Early Talent program, and the Talent Capability Leader for Wealth IDLC.

Mark is the Head of Global Institutional Distribution at TD Global Investment Solutions. He oversees the Institutional Distribution Team, responsible for the development and implementation of business strategy to support the evolving needs of clients. Having started his career in 1993 and joining TD Global Investment Solutions in 1997, he has extensive experience in fixed income and equity analysis. Mark has a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University and a B. Comm. with Honors from the University of Windsor. He is also a member of the Operating Committee.

Jeff is Head of Global Operations, Strategy & Enablement. In this role, he is responsible for oversight and leadership of the Asset Management Global Operations and Strategy, enabling the firm to deliver best-in-class client and colleague experience. His team is responsible for leading and building best-in-class global operations and processes with a view to continuous improvement, operational excellence, end-to-end process optimization, automation and economies of skill and scale. Jeff oversees the Asset Management Journey responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle. He works with platforms and technology to build and deliver on the infrastructure roadmap for the firm and delivers on the firm's objectives and key results. Jeff is responsible for building the business and operational strategy to provide best-in-class client experiences by leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies and process improvement. He leads the development of new retail and institutional products and innovations to meet client needs. Previously, Jeff was President & Chief Operating Officer for Greystone Managed Investments, where he was responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations, including the strategic oversight of distribution, marketing, technology, compliance, investment operations and HR. Jeff holds a B.Admin from the University of Regina and a member of the firm's Operating Committee.

Ingrid is responsible for delivering overall Client and Colleague Enablement by leading the firm's business management and Strategy functions. She also leads the firm's Global Marketing and Communications functions, including the development of the Digital Strategy supporting the retail and institutional client segments. Ingrid has held numerous senior management roles at the firm, including Head of Investment Product, Head of TD Wealth Portfolio Advice and Investment Research Teams, as well as Head of Client Portfolio Management. She has industry experience in fixed income trading and sales, institutional money management and business development. Ingrid holds a B.A. in Economics from Glendon College at York University. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and Board of Directors, as well as Executive Sponsor of the TD Wealth for Women program and a WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 Award Winner, 2021.

Toni is Head of Regulatory & Policy Governance, responsible for monitoring and controlling regulatory and control risks affecting the operations of the firm. In her previous role at a major Canadian insurance company, she supervised compliance and regulatory matters for operations in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Hong Kong. Her experience extends to roles at investment management companies, brokerage firms and a large public accounting firm, where she audited mutual funds. Toni holds a B. Comm. from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, and Chair of the firm’s Policy Oversight Committee and Trade Management Oversight Committee.

Jason is Head of Retail Distribution, overseeing distribution strategy and client services. He is involved in the development of the firm's ETF business. He gained extensive experience in distribution, having previously worked at two major Canadian financial institutions as Head of Distribution and Senior Vice President of Distribution. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary. He is also a member of the Calgary Society of Financial Analysts and a member of the Board of Directors of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.

Mike is the Chief Administrative Officer, Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of Risk Management for TD Epoch. Mike is responsible for integrating risk management into the investment process. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he was a director and portfolio manager in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Columbia Management Group, Inc. Before that, Mike was at Credit Suisse Asset Management Group (“CSAM”), where he was a portfolio manager in the Structured Equity group. Before joining CSAM, he was a portfolio manager and quantitative research analyst at Chancellor/LGT Asset Management. Mike is an author (with co-authors Bill Priest and Steven Bleiberg) of Winning at Active Management: The Essential Roles of Culture, Philosophy and Technology. Mike holds a BA degree in Computer and Information Science from Colgate University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Society of Quantitative Analysts.
