We emphasize capital preservation in our current fixed income portfolios, while looking to maintain yield advantage relative to the benchmark. We also expect US GDP growth to slow through the course of the year with the likelihood of a recession in 2023 due to geopolitical uncertainties and several other factors. Corporate bonds continue to offer value over government bonds; thus, we maintain our preference for high-quality investment grade corporates.
