View User Profile

Description

The View User Profile allows you:

  1. To View:
  1. Company Information such as Name and Company Number

  2. Personal user information such as Full Name and Address

  3. Security rights assigned to you.

  4. Service Profiles - Specific rights must be assigned to you by a company System Administrator in order to access a registered service and its functions. The profiles displayed on your User Profile indicate the services and rights you have been assigned.

  5. System Administrator Rights - System Administrator rights allow you to administer specific functions within Web Business Banking. For example 'Reset User Passwords' would allow you to perform the function of resetting the passwords of users within your company.

  6. Your TD System Administrator. This is your main Web Business Banking contact in the company and should be contacted if you require maintenance of your profile. For example, if your password needs to be reset or you do not have access to a function that is required within a service, contact your System Administrator.

Accessing the View User Profile

  1. To access the View User Profile function click View User Profile from the Administration sub-menu.

  2. Your profile can be viewed by yourself and any company System Administrator. Activation of an Authentication Device however is available only to the user to whom the Device is assigned.
