Types of Rights
Web Business Banking offers two types of rights: Service specific and Administration. Service rights are specific to a registered service and allow you to perform functions within that service. System Administrator Rights allow you to manage the administration features of the Web Business Banking such as user maintenance. Both types of rights must be assigned to a user by a user with the System Administrator Right, 'Add/Modify/Delete Users'. All available rights are described below.
System Administration Rights

Ability to Add/Modify/Delete Users - Grants you the ability to add/modify/delete users as well as assign rights for registered services.

Ability to Reset User Passwords - Grants you the ability to reset the password for another user.
Note: TD Bank must reset the TD System Administrator password. -
Ability to Set Company Preferences - Grants you the ability to change company preferences. Company Preferences include defining company-wide account names, setting the password expiry duration and setting the Authorization level for the Customer Initiated Transfers service.

Ability to Approve Administrative Changes - Grants you the ability to approve administrative changes performed by another user. Administrative changes include: Setting company preferences, Add/Modify/Delete Users and Reset Passwords.
Balance Reporting Rights

Account access - Allows you to access company accounts registered on the service.
eStatements Rights

Account access - Allows you to access company accounts registered on the service

Ability to view and download eStatements for your company's TD accounts
Electronic Funds Transfer

Ability to Maintain Originator Information - Allows you to maintain Company Originator information.

Ability to Maintain Payment Templates - Allows you to maintain Payment Templates.

Ability to Add/Modify/Delete Groups and Rates: Allows you to maintain Rates, for your company.

Ability to Make/Import Payments - Allows you to Initiate Payments from the Make Payments - Workspace page.

Ability to Authorize Payments - Grants you the ability to authorize payments that other users have created/last modified.

Ability to Authorize Own Payments - Grants you the ability to authorize payments that you created/last modified.
File Transfer Rights

File Access - Allows you to send or receive file types registered on the service.

EFT Exception Forms – Allows you to assign access to EFT Exception Processing and Reimbursement Claim Form requests.
Payment and Transfer Rights

Account access - Allows you to access company accounts registered on the service.

Ability to Authorize - Grants you the ability to authorize Transfers or Reversals that another user within your company has created. This right also allows you to decline Transfers and Reversals awaiting authorization.

Ability to Authorize Own Transfers - Grants you the ability to authorize Transfers or Reversals that you have created. This right also allows you to decline Transfers and Reversals awaiting authorization.
Wire Payment Rights

Account Access - Allows you to access company accounts registered on the service.

Ability to Create Payments - Allows you to create and modify free format payments, using templates or manually entering the payment details. In addition, you are able to maintain company-wide templates, via the Template Maintenance function, for all users in your company.
Note: Users restricted 'From Templates only' will be able to create payments using templates only. This means that only the Financial Details (e.g. payment amount, settlement account) section of the payment may be modified. -
Ability to Authorize Payments - Grants you the ability to approve or decline Wire Payments and Deletions that another user within your company has created.

Ability to Authorize Own Payments - Grants you the ability to approve or decline Wire Payments and Deletions that you have created.
