Generate User Report

Description

The Generate User Report function allows your company to generate a report that details the rights associated with each user in your company. You can generate a report for all users or a combination of users.

Accessing the Generate User Report Function

To access the Generate user Report function simply click Generate User Report from the Administration sub-menu.

You must have at least one System Administrator right to access this page.

How to Generate a User Report:

  1. Select All or a combination of Users by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the User grid

  2. Click Generate User Report

Filtering

  1. The User grid is sorted in alphabetical order by Connect ID.
