As Associate Vice President, Real Estate Secured Lending, Chris Wisniewski leads the TD Canada Trust team that develops new mortgage and home equity line of credit products and designs special offers and marketing initiatives to highlight TD Canada Trust’s unique offering for home buyers and homeowners.

The Real Estate Secured Lending group at TD Canada Trust conducts annual research and commissions surveys on a variety of home ownership topics throughout the year. Polls include the TD Canada Trust Women and Home Ownership Poll, the annual TD Canada Trust Condo Poll; The annual TD Canada Trust Green Home Poll; and the TD Canada Trust Homeowner Confidence Poll.

Chris’s team has launched several products including TD Canada Trust’s industry leading Green Mortgage and Green Heloc products for Canadians who are interested in buying and/or renovating their homes in ways that lessen their environmental footprint.

And in keeping with her commitment to the environment, Chris has served on a number of local chapters for the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.

Chris and her husband reside in Toronto, Ontario and they enjoy spending time at their cottage with their son.
