Schedule Reports

Description

The Scheduled Reports function of Balance Reporting allows you to specify the date and time you would like predefined reports generated. The Schedule Report page lets you add and delete reports from the scheduler.

Once reports are generated on the specified date and time, they are available in the Receive Reports page to be either viewed or downloaded.

Note: You are able to schedule a maximum of 25 reports at any one time.

  1. Select a template name from the dropdown. If the desired template is not included in the dropdown, select the 'Find Templates' link to locate the template you require.

  2. Enter the Financial Details

  3. Click Next

  4. Review the Payment Details screen to ensure the data is correct

  5. Click Done

  6. Review/Print confirmation page
