Template Name |

Allows you to create a transfer using a template that you previously saved. Transfers performed on a regular basis can be saved as Templates, in the Template Maintenance page or during the Create Transfer process. Once a transfer has been saved as a Template it can be modified and resaved or deleted in the Template Maintenance page. All of the Same Currency templates that you have created will be available in the dropdown. Up to 100 templates may display, sorted in alphanumeric order. |

From Account |

Allows you to select the account to transfers funds from. Sorted in account number order (i.e. branch then account). |

Allows you to define a description that will appear on the To Account’s monthly bank statement to help you identify where and why the funds were transferred. Although you can enter your own description a default description will be assigned for you when you select the From Account. This default description ensures that you’ll know where the money was transferred From by displaying as ’FR' followed by the From Account’s transit and account number. Defaults to: Fr1234 1234567 |

Authorization Status |

Displays the Authorization Status. If no authorization or authentication is required, the authorization status will display as ‘No Authorization Required’ otherwise it will display ‘Pend/Auth’. |

Displays the date and time that the transfer was processed. If no authorization or authentication is required, the date and time the transfer was initiated is displayed otherwise it will be blank since the transfer still requires authorization. |
Transfer Status |

Displays the Transfer Status. If no authorization or authentication is required, the status with be either Rejected or Successful otherwise it will be blank since the transfer still requires authorization. |

Displays the specific details with regards to the Transfer Status (e.g. why a transfer was rejected). |

Business Rules

Only accounts to which you have been granted access in your User Profile will be available for your use in a transfer.

Transfers can be made between accounts of the same currency.

Transfers can only be made between accounts at TD Bank.

Only credits are allowed to external accounts.

The amount of individual transfers as well as the combined total of transfers are checked against limits that have been defined in your company profile.
